The Virago Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of All Care Family Dentist in December 2021.
All Care Family Dentist began its journey at the Ray Rickard Medical Center in 1993, previously operating under the name of Dr Helen C. Kijvanit.
Under Dr Helen’s watchful and caring guidance, the practice has developed into a comprehensive dental surgery, providing a full professional dental health care team with all staff being chosen for their outstanding merits in their own field of expertise.
Dr Helen (BDS Syd Uni) is a trusted, respected and adored practitioner who is now seeing third generation families.
As part of the transaction, Dr Helen is moving her rooms into nearby Perfect Dental with her patients warmly welcomed by her new team.
This is the third practice for the Virago Group in just over two years and follows the acquisition of Perfect Dental in 2019 and the opening of the brand new Caddens Dental Bar in 2020.
